NeuroTranscend is a nonprofit organization focused on advancing health equity for LGBTQ+ and transgender communities through inclusive, accessible care and education. Our mission is to provide reliable, affirming health resources and services that support both body and mind — with a particular focus on reproductive health, fertility guidance, and neuropsychological care. We recognize that queer and trans individuals often face systemic barriers when seeking medical or mental health care. From misgendering and lack of provider knowledge to outright discrimination, these barriers can discourage people from accessing the care they need and deserve. NeuroTranscend exists to challenge and change that reality. What We Do:

• Fertility and Reproductive Health Services: We provide information, referrals, and workshops on topics such as fertility preservation, hormone-related reproductive changes, contraception, and family planning — all designed to meet the specific needs of LGBTQ+ and trans people.

• Neuropsychological Services: Our neuropsych offerings include cognitive and psychological assessments, screenings for ADHD and learning differences, and mental wellness consultations. All services are delivered with a deep understanding of how gender, identity, and neurodivergence intersect. 

• Community Workshops and Education: We host regular educational events and virtual workshops that center affirming health practices, peer support, and accessible knowledge. Topics range from navigating the healthcare system to understanding fertility options to managing neurodivergent traits in daily life.

• Provider Partnerships: We build bridges between our community and healthcare professionals who are trained in LGBTQ+-affirming care. Through partnerships, we aim to create a trusted referral network that centers safety, respect, and dignity.
