Mission Activities & Volunteer Engagement — Spain 2025

During our 2025 mission abroad in Madrid and Seville, our team collaborated with community organizations and healthcare-focused initiatives to support patient wellbeing, health awareness, and compassionate care.

Selected Activities & Engagements

• Hospital Support & Patient Companionship
In partnership with the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), volunteers provided comfort and companionship to patients through conversation, reading engagement, and emotional support.

• Clinical Environment Assistance
Team members supported healthcare staff by assisting with non-clinical tasks that contributed to efficient and patient-centered care environments.

• Community Health Awareness Initiatives
Volunteers participated in outreach efforts focused on promoting wellbeing resources and fostering supportive, health-informed discussions.

• Humanitarian & Community Support Activities
Working alongside initiatives associated with the Spanish Red Cross, volunteers engaged in community-centered programs supporting vulnerable populations.

• Resource Distribution & Support Efforts
Team members assisted in organizing and delivering materials that contributed to patient comfort and community support efforts.
