NeuroTranscend is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ and transgender people in rural areas. We offer inclusive care and guidance in reproductive health, fertility, and neuropsychological services. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where individuals can access affirming resources, connect with trusted providers, and find support to make informed choices about their bodies and minds.
